Best looking game available right now?

I'm looking for a game with mind-blowing graphics—something that really pushes the boundaries of how a game can look. Any recommendations? It can be from any genre, as long as the visuals are stunning and immersive, though I'd rather avoid walking simulators. I own all consoles and a powerful PC. All settings would be turned up to max, including ray-tracing.
