What happened from the Clemson game to now?

I know Mykels been hurt and Tate as well. But I’ve rewatched every game now and can’t wrap my head around it. We just look completely different and have regressed hard since then. Clemson however has looked phenomenal (playing admittedly subpar competition) and locked in.
