Erasmus in Germany - where should I go?

I plan to do another erasmus in Germany next year after doing it last year because I really loved my experience. Every year they offer the same places: Berlin, Halle, Heidelberg and Saarland. I did erasmus in Heidelberg last year, so which of the other three places (Berlin, Halle and Saarland) should I choose for my next experience?
