Is it normal to feel drowsy and mildly light-headed 1-2 hours after waking up?
I have a big problem in my life I want to get rid of: nicotine pouches. They're the same as cigarettes, minus the smoke and messing up your lungs, so we can say there's a silvelining to them. I'm thinking about quitting them.
I once spent a month where I didn't use any substances, no coffee, no nicotine, nothing, just vitamin D, magenisuim before sleeping...etc (the doctor told me I have a vitamin D deficiency), and during this period, I'd go to sleep at 10-11pm and wake up at 7am like clockwork, but during the first 1-2 hours of the day, I'm usually drowsy, like the world is running at 3fps, everything is kinda blurry, and I'm just sleepy, and I'm not sure if this is normal or it just means bad sleeping habits?
The withdrawal symptoms were way past btw, I didn't feel the urge to use, but that drowsiness made me succumb back to my bad habits, as in popping a nicotine pouch and I'm right back on track.
