Refund app

Hello. I recently deleted the app and when I went to reinstall the app the ads wouldn't go away. I tried clicking restore purchases and it said restored successfully but the ads still wouldn't go away. I then followed the step where it says to click on purchase if restore isn't working and it charged me again.
