Limits of PE?
Trigger warning: stupid question ahead 😅
Very theoretically speaking, if one was to consistently do PE for many years in a row, how much growth could he expect and would there eventually be a plateau?
Edit: I edited the question because it sounded like I am dreaming about almost doubling my size, but really, the angle I’m asking from is just curiosity whether there’s any potential benefit for one to keep doing PE indefinitely, as a long-term habit, akin to exercising.
