I wanna know why romeo blue skies has literal ghibli artstyle and the relationship if nippon animations and studio ghibli.
I was scrolling on tiktok while at the middle of reviewing nippon's creation after rewatching all ghibli movies, then i stumbled upon this series which is called "romeo blue skies" in japanese and in english is "romeo and the black brothers", I was actually really intrigued to know more about it but when i searched about the relationship of ghibli and nippon, i didnt saw anything except that miyazaki made a series there too called "Future boy conan", i also did not saw any information if whether studio ghibli helped with the series or if ghibli ever sent staff to help there. I got a hint that it may just be that ghibli influenced alot of art style in their time and nippin started to try their artstyle.
My basis for the artstyle similarities is that i have been studying ghibli's artstyle for a bit now as of that i am really interested in it and the simplicity of how they draw and also imitating them at drawing. As of now, ghibli's artstyle really helped me alot to improve too. Also the girls in "romeo blue skies" looked as beautiful as in ghibli.
Additionally, i wanna know the relationship of nippon animations and studio ghibli because they seemed really alike and all the way from their stories to the artstyle. Though im conscious how similar the artstyles were back then, im just curious really on this one cus in this one particular series (or more) the artstyle is really familiar. Reason is that i cant find that much of articles between them and not enough results in google. So if anyone knows something please help me.
