Pc on, Display on, Fans on but RGB off

I have an b650 Aorus elite AX v2 motherboard paired with a 7800x3d. Actually I am facing issues where every RGB component connected to motherboard via pin connectors is not working properly. Like the fans connected to motherboard are spinning but without RGB and main concern is that I have an AIO that uses 4 pin connector to use for both Power and RGB that one too is spinning but without RGB. PC is posting fine with display but CPU debug light is on. I am not able to figure out what might be the issue. Attaching the video for reference.
