Rules on scouts in videos

As part of their Bronze project my Juniors want to make an instructional video for our partner org (a cat rescue) to post on their site. It would most likely be on their social media page as well. In one of my first trainings I remember reading about privacy concerns surrounding the girls being in public videos. It doesn't seem like my council has any specific guidelines on this subject though.

Does anyone know what the rules are for this? Is this even allowed, or should I steer them in another direction?
