Thin bagels
My favorite bagels so far (haven't committed to buying some from modern bagel yet) found these at Fresh Thyme market, I think about $7 for the bag of 6. They're thin which I love. I wrap a frozen one in a damp paper towel and microwave for 30 seconds. They get chewy and I truly feel like I'm eating a regular bagel. When we get sandwiches from Jersey Mike's I'll get a bowl and ask them not to cut up the meat. Get home and put it on one of these bagels, so so good. I've only found the everything seasoning bagels, not sure if they have other kinds. I like canyon bakehouse enough but they're the traditional bagel thickness and always feel like too much bread at once.
