Golf is rapidly pricing me out

To be blunt I’m not a good golfer usually shoot between 90-110 my game is quite inconsistent but I want to get better and the only way to do that is to play more/practice more. (I really enjoy playing even though I’m not the best)

Basically since 2019 prices for tee times have skyrocketed in my area I used to be able to play pretty good courses for 50-70$ now the courses I used to play are 100-140$ depending on time of day and the cheapest I can find is around 60$ when I use a golf now hot deal (which is the only way I can justify playing). And a membership for these courses is ridiculous with massive initiation fees. Is this something that I’m dealing with alone or is this happening all over the country?
