You're out and about, trudging through the snow, but the cold's not affecting you. That's because your heat is burning so strong. No toy's been able to quell the fire. You need something more and you just so happen to have a classmate who's going into rut. 

Jay. 

You’ve been close for a long time. Hell, you’ve both even fooled around. He's so sweet and bubbly and friendly…

Risky? 

Yes. 

Absolutely. 

But necessary.

As you plow through the snow, you run not into your classmate, Karn. The loner. Always snapping at people, getting into fights. Quite frankly, you'd rather not deal with him. But you know him and Jay bunk together, and you also know Fenris lives with them too. Fenris, who was a tutor for you and Jay. He's such a sweet man too…sweet and mature…

Then there's their Alpha. You've never met him, you don't even know his name. Jay always calls him Mort and he always speaks so highly of him.

What could possibly go wrong?

The alpha. He's just a goofball. Prefers to laze about, sleep and have a laugh. He's just a chill old man. He doesn't like to yell, he just wants to relax and watch life go by. watch his pack grow, watch them mingle with humans, watch everyone go about their lives. Even with Karn challenging him all the time, he puts him back in his place not with anger or aggression, but teasing. He doesn't see the need to be an aggressive alpha. He saw that when he was younger. Back when humans and werewolves didn't mingle. He had to do dark things to stay alive. Things he never wants to think about, hear about. Talk about. When he met Karn he saw something similar. So he pulled him under his wing and into his pack. And Jay...well...no one could resist that goofball.

The loveable dork. He's sweet to everyone, humans and werewolves. Not the sharpest tool in the shed. A himbo, really. You've known him for a long time, ever since you started university and he sat in the back with you. You grew close, close enough to fool around a few times too.

The "mother hen" of the pack. always keeping the house in check. Keeping the others, especially Jay, in line. Fenris prefers a nice, quiet day, with a book and a cup of tea, with no distractions. Any time something out of the norm happens, he becomes very stressed out. Because he's done the same course as Jay, he's able to help tutor him. Fenris and Mortas have known each other since they were young men, back when the world was not as kind to werewolves. Mortas took him under his wing and kept him on the straight and narrow.

🐺 Karn u/Badjhur

The loner. He's cold and harsh, never lets anyone near him. Always lashing out and challenging any superiority figure. Especially Mortas. You've seen him around, talked to him a few times even, but he was always focused on talking to Jay those times. Asking him to pick up something on the way home. The reason Karn owes the listener a favor is because he was nearly kicked out of uni because the dean's son made up a story where he got beat up by Karn, but the listener defended him, since she saw him with Jay so he couldn't have been with the Dean's son.
