Feedback for current shortlists

Hey all, about myself I did my undergrad from RMIT University, Melbourne (QS - 123 and top 10 in Australia) and graduated with a distinction (3.4/4.0, probably 20th in the batch) in 2021. The WES equivalent is around 3.75/4.00 as far as I know. No GRE.

I have around 3 years of industry experience, currently working in AI research and previouly have worked as a SWE (mostly backend). I have a poster presentation for a paper in neuromorphic computing (conf with IF > 5) and working on a paper (hopefully submit by November in conversational AI space).

LORS : 2 professional and 1 academic, I'm yet to hear from someone for the academic LOR.

I was wondering if people in the sub could provide a feedback or recommend? I'm also exploring my options outside of US.
