Use this as an opportunity to build mental fortitude
I know receiving silence or rejections can be disheartening, but please take a breather. Your entire worth is not wrapped up in an acceptance or rejection; you shouldn't be so easily torn apart by this. I get that some of us have a lot riding on this, but life will go on. Have faith that you're on a journey for a particular reason and that it is a different one for all of us.
Furthermore, if you want to survive academia POST acceptance, you can't be so fragile. People will make you feel small if you put your worth in their hands, letting their words twist and contort your sense of self.
Use this as an opportunity to build mental fortitude because you'll need it moving forward if you want to succeed. Applying to grad school is just the first step. Finishing it comes next.
If a few rejections are making you consider giving up and throwing in the towel, then maybe you're not as passionate and committed to this as you say you are.
Keep your head down, keep going, and win.
