Graduate School Interview Requests!

Just needed to let people know that are familiar with the process and the schools! I am applying to Microbiology PhD programs and have received a few interview requests and i am beyond excited! I applied to: University of Texas Southwestern University of Texas Medical Branch University of Florida University of Central Florida (undergrad) University of Kentucky University of Virginia Emory Vanderbilt

I have received interviews from UTSW, UTMB, UK, and Vanderbilt! I am so happy to hear back from these schools because I know UTSW is a highly rated school for Microbiology. My PIs (married) were a little pessimistic about most of these schools and told me I would be lucky just to get an interview with UTSW. It’s great that my work over the past few years has been validated. Just wanted to share all of this with people who are going through the same process, about to go through it, and those who have been through it before.
