Best Demonstration setup for GT7 VR2 (for friends/family)?

First off, GT7 in VR2 is already super impressive in any car with a virtual interior....

but what would your car, track and conditions pick be to show VR2 off to someone new? Maybe something not overly incredibly difficult to drive or handle.
