Seriously what the HELL is going on?
I tried to log in to my account yesterday and I kept seeing that it was just redirecting me to the external website of grubhub with some help articles. I kept thinking am I typing my password incorrectly here or what? So I resetted my password and tried again and still just redirected me to their website. I emailed them through their driver support page and chose the best option that I can think of which was I haven't used grubhub in a few months and need to be unpaused because that was truthfully the only reason I can think of since I haven't been using it for months for such lack of activity in this area. I have had zero issues with my account since being a driver. I then get a response just now saying in just one sentence that "Unfortunately, we will not be reactivating your account to perform delivery services with Grubhub at this time."
No explanation. No details. No kicked out.
What the F*CK is going on here??
