Where to approach like for just befriending or gaining confidence to talk!. I have been shy due to some insecurities about myself due to which never talked to any girl. So a question for all the kind women out there that is it okay to just approach anyone u just saw in office or nearby office, like will it be considered bad/wrong/creepy, cuz i don't hold any clue in this honestly and im afraid that i might mess up things in naivety so wanted to know opinions on this thing.
