CBP I-94 expiring soon but still have time on I-797A I-94. Passport expired, got a new one. Anything I have to do?

I’m on H1B visa with validity upto 2026. However, upon my last entry to US my I-94 was changed to match my passport expiry date which was Sept 2024. I’ve renewed my passport recently and hold my new passport. Has anyone extended their I-94 in the US without the need for traveling and re-entering the US. Since I have less time to make travel plans, what are my options?
