Showing up to CIBC Theater in Chicago for last minute tickets?

Hey Hamilpals! Thoughts on showing up to CIBC Chicago right before showtime for unsold Ticketmaster seats that I see online? Is this a thing I can do? Any chance they are discounted as show is about to start?
