First luxury purchase

Hi! Long time lurker first time poster here! My husband asked me this the other day and I really wasn’t sure what my answer was. So, obviously I brought it to the handbag hive! If it’s your first time purchasing a nicer bag and you have about $3k-$3.5k to spend: 1) What are you getting? 2) Where are you shopping (consider in-store experience)? 3) And why?
