Sagittarius 8-bay build
Been looking for a smaller MATX build with hot swap. Current NAS was in a Fractal R6. Decided to order a Sagittarius 8 bay from Aliexpress on December 11 and it arrived today and I swapped my build into it. Could not find much information so figured I would post some and photos.
Everything went great but it is a tight build. If using a full size ATX psu you will need a low profile cpu cooler, think 53mm or lower. Shorter cables would be nice but these worked fine, I ran the 8 pin cpu connector through the drive cage area and out the hole in the top.
Currently im running a a thermalright low profile cooler without the fan, cause it was too large with the fan. Its actually running very well in unraid. Temps spike at 70 and hover around 45-50c. Ive ordered a lower profile cooler with a fan. The 53mm thermalright. This is using a 13600k cpu. This case supports 4 120mm fans. 2 pulling air over the drives and 2 pushing air over the motherboard.
All my drives detected immediately and you do not have to worry about 3.3v and shucked drives.
