Which home warranty company to choose?

As part of my contract, I'm getting a $750 credit towards a home warranty with my house, and my realtor has sent me some suggestions. I'm doing research myself, but a first time buyer and this is all really new to me, so I'd love to hear some thoughts from folks here.

Anyone have experience with any of the home warranty companies below, or know much about their reputations?
