Remote locks only work on one side? Help!

As the title states, my remote locking system only works on the right side of my car (and tailgate). However, if I manually push/pull the lock from the driver's door inside, it still actuates the locks on the other door.

My key doesn't work in my left front either.

Leaning in through the passenger side is a total pain in the ass, does anyone have any suggestions? I've pulled the door apart and everything seems to be in check in there.
