What should I do?

I am working at a SNF as a SW and make 55,000 a year and been here for 1 1/2 year. Just today I got a job offer from another SNF offering me 68k, but they have no SW at this time and are in the process of hiring another SW. There census is 120, our fluctuates but is 70. I am not sure what to do? Any advice? Should I negotiate to 70K or am I dumb?

I am 24F and have 2 years experience for background and hopefully to transition to hospital SW
