Does anyone know anything about Hybrid system?

So we just moved in to a new house. 4,400 sqft and we have a lot of windows. Last night, we have the heat set to 74 and our whole house is still freezing, it says it’s 65 the whole night! We made sure that the vents are closed and doors closed for all the rooms that are not being used. There’s 3 settings, when we moved in it’s only set to heat pump only. Should we set it to hybrid or furnace only??? We also have humidifier that’s showing in the settings. I put it up to 50% it mafe a difference I wasn’t just sure which settings we should be using if its below 30F
