New Homeowner - Boiler Question

Hi All, I am a new homeowner and had a question regarding my utility room where my boiler and water heater are located.

I had my boiler serviced by both a plumber and chimney sweep company recently . The boiler is 17 years old and the chimney sweep company said the flue is in good condition ( both boiler and water heater exhaust out through the chimney). The plumber did a visual inspection and said the boiler is clean and burning correctly. The system is heating the house without any problems.

However my question is regarding the overall setup. It seems the room gets pretty warm with the boiler room getting to anywhere around 71-74 degrees Fahrenheit. I keep the window in the boiler room closed as we have had freezing temps lately. I also keep the door closed as the kids like to play in the basement.

Does anyone see any issues or risks with this setup regarding combustion air flow and if so can should I make any improvements ?

Note : I am not seeing any carbon monoxide PPM and I have multiple 4-5 monitors setup in the home for adequate safety.

Thank you
