Sweet mayonnaise has taken over food.
Why has everything become so sweet lately? Shawarma, burgers, sandwiches—everything seems drenched in that overly sweet cream labeled as mayonnaise, and it’s ruining the taste of every dish! Be it a bakery or a prominent food joint, it's the same. A plate of momos? It’s paired with the same sweet mayo. Chicken tenders or popcorn? The same flavor. Even rolls and wraps are filled with that unmistakable sweetness. It feels like food quality has taken a backseat to convenience, with the same monotonous sauce slapped on everything and in abundance. Where are the bold, authentic flavors? Why does every bite have to taste the same? It's as if the individuality of these dishes has been replaced with this sugary, creamy uniformity.
Food should excite the palate, not leave it longing for something less sweet!
