Power On Issues - iPad Pro 11-inch (M4)

Hey!

Does anyone else have issues with their iPad Pro 11-inch (M4) booting up? I started frequently running into an issue where my iPad when going to turn on first thing in the morning, will not turn on by just holding down the power button. In order to get it to boot up, I have to follow the restart steps of quickly pressing volume up, volume down, then holding the power button. These steps usually have to be followed 10-15 times for the iPad to finally boot up.

My iPad was within the year manufacturer warranty and I got a new replacement one shipped out to me a few days back and am having the same exact issue with the new iPad. I am wondering if this is affecting anyone else as I have a suspicion it might be a software issue with the latest updates.
