Where to purchase 13 mini?

US northeast based. I’m looking for a 13 mini, midnight or green, 256 or 512gb, new or premium refurbished.

I purchased an excellent condition 13 mini from Amazon and was not happy with the quality, so I returned it.

I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions on other places to look.
