Anal pain/pressure? Help

I recently finished an antibiotic and started noticing anal pressure and pain. Best way to describe it is as if I spent all day riding a bike with a hard seat. Or like as if stool was stuck in my butt. I had doctor do a digital rectal exam and he said he didn't notice anything. Last colonoscopy was in 2020. I don't have any stomach pain. No blood that I can see anyway but this constant anal feeling. I'm not having pencil thin stool. While my stool has changed a little it's still fairly wide in shape. (Sorry tmi) Has anyone else had this? I'm not sure what it could be and google scares the crap out of me. No pun intended. ¹
