Jay Peak refund policy

Does anybody know if you can get a refund or partial refund at jay peak? We booked 2 day lift tickets and the first day they closed 75% of the mountain because of wind and now they are doing the same thing today. We shilled a lot of money for three full lift tickets, drove 6 hours and now we can’t even use the majority of what we payed for. Seems like an obvious refund right?
