Are families cancelling or rescheduling their President's week holidays because of the bad conditions?

I always chase conditions, not dates. But most folks don't. I am guessing people who booked in advance are facing a tough choice of what to do. I usually do Airbnb which is generally not refundable unless you pay some extra fee.

For those who stay at the resorts, how flexible are they in rescheduling/cancelling?
