Need accomodation for a night

[M23] I am going to join IITM for PhD. But my flight time is 11PM. And I may not get a hostel at that time. So I need a better hotel room for 31st night. If anyone has some suggestions for hotel under 1500/- it will welcome.

Or If any other traveller who can share their room for a night, will be great. Feel free to DM. If you have some suggestions.
