Indian Passport Renewal in the US - Any idea if this status makes sense?

I applied for my passport renewal on July 26th and sent my documents to the Indian Embassy in Chicago. I have been tracking its status on vfsglobal and it is currently under review.

However, the same application number on the Indian Passport Portal shows "Print has been initiated". Additionally, I got an email this last week regarding a Police Verification being initiated and if it doesn't get verified - reach out to the Police Station in 3-weeks.

Does this status mean that Police Verification is done? My parents live on that address and they have not received any communication from the local police department.
