Scam at Mumbai VAC

When I went to the Mumbai VAC, the person on the other side said my photo didn't fit the requirements and asked me to have a new one taken.

I had a picture taken at Walgreens, and I used it for my Dropbox previously without any issues.

I saw a bunch of folks at the place where they were doing the photographs which is priced at Rs 500 and all of them were like our photos look fine but they rejected it.

I want to highlight this issue that there is scam going on in Mumbai VAC. They would only accept cash and extort people just because they can and also because there is no one to question them.
