Decent zero balance bank accounts?

Just recently turned 18 and got my pan card and everything updated and i want to open a bank acc so i can use online payment instead of carrying cash, checked out kotak 811 cause I got ads about that but it apparently has charged that they don't disclose I'm not sure, some guy recommend RBL abacus and i just wanted to get some help regarding it, thanks in advance!
