My nightmare experience with Xboom.in for DJI Mini 4 Pro Drone

If someone is planning to get a drone from Xboom, forget it. I placed order on 23rd Sep, night, they told me that the product will be delivered in 3 days. I paid 120k Upfront and 500 extra for express shipping, all paid with credit card, so incase they try to cheat me, I can raise chargeback.

They told me they will send me tracking number, but they didn't, I waited 3 days, I called them, they said they will send the tracking number in the evening, they didn't, called next day, said same thing, they didn't send again. Then Saturday and Sunday, told me it was already dispatched but did not provide tracking number.

Fast forward today, they told me they will give me tracking number in 1 hour, I called again, said im in a meeting I can't give it right now, diverted me to someone else, they said its dispatched and i will send you tracking number in a bit.

Overall, the experience has been nothing but a big headache. If you are planning to buy a drone from xboom, just forget it. My review on xboom is that they will make you regret buying from them.
