Hero lectro /Montra electric cycle owners pls respond.

Guys i have a Montra electric cycle , my experience was smooth with them for the past 1 year but in the recent days the cycle is not even reaching 20km/hr , I tried changing controller with warranty but still no hope. do u guys face any issues
