Need suggestion for a daily commuter and tourer under 2 lakhs.

I already have a GT 650 and looking to buy a new smaller displacement bike for going to office and rare road trip (once in two years maybe). My budget is 2 lakhs which can extend upto 2.3-2.4 max. My expectation is better fuel economy than my current GT650 (maybe 35 kmpl or more) and cheaper to maintain. Also, since I'm 31 now, hopefully something less committed so that my back thanks me in coming years. My riding style is very relaxed and I will be happy with something that can achieve 70-80kmph on highway. I have shortlisted the following bikes -

1- Xpulse 200 2- Honda CB300f 3- Honda CB200x

Looks and style don't matter (except TVS Ronin). Looking for a purchase in 2 months from now. I already own a GT650 and a very old Pulsar 220.
