very small but week 1 of getting back into fitness has gone swimmingly!
i started working out 3 yrs ago when i was 14 but quit after like 2 months because of financial constraints. now, ive restarted exercising 1 week ago and maintained an excel sheet to track my progress because seeing the numbers go up makes me feel SO GOOD HEEHEHEHEH. i started taking my diet seriously too and im so proud of the progress ive made in the first week. part of this is probably the old progress coming back, but still!!! im over the moon!!
