What are your long plans after pg and what financial goals you wish to achieve at the age of 35-40?

After doing pg what are your long term plans? Are you going to work in a hospital or open your clinic or open some startup or start some business or any other?

Secondly, where do you look yourself at the age of 35/40? How much would you wish to earn per month then through which you will be satisfied and consider yourself successful?
