What’s wrong with Ching*ri App advertising

I was getting very creepy ads on my YouTube from Ching*ri app.

Here’s is ad script

One girl (obviously pretty looking) saying, hey don’t you have someone to talk?

I’m here for you, talk to me (and trust me the way she is acting it’s totally uncomfortable)

My problem is why these type of advertising is allowed? These apps promoting soft port.
