Any other black male INFPs out there
Just wanna know what it was like growing up out there for yall since I only have my own perspective of it. I grew up in the hood till I was like 14 then move Arizona wich is mostly white. I always felt like black and white people had a vision of what I was supposed to be like and that just wasn't me. Like I'm 6'2 and was always the tallest darkest person in the room since I moved to AZ. So I grew up getting allot of racial comments from both black and white. It's ruff enough getting the normal racist comments but when it's coming from your own culture it can be devastating. Always hearing things like you're not black enough, you're whiter then me and why are you always trying to act white for keeping to myself and just enjoying the things I enjoyed really took me to a dark place that I that I still struggle with in my adult life.
But on the brighter side I think people like us are what our community need, people who are strong and caring. People who have no choice but to live a life being truly yourself because that is our only way forward no matter how other people view us. We are trailblazer like no others and healers to our fellow brothers.
