3 month progress!

First time below 200 in 6 years! I can’t believe I finally have my weight starting with a “1” again! Staying active and eating healthier than I have in my entire life. Most days try to stick to 18/6, 19/5. I go on walks occasionally and have been swimming a lot the last 2 months but otherwise no crazy exercise. I got down to 202-206 area and could not seem to go lower for a couple weeks. I went on vacation for a week (came back last week) doing no IF or healthy eating and saw I gained 5 pounds as you can see in pic 2. Well after less than a week of back to clean eating and IF I lost it all back and then some, so perhaps it was the reset my body needed.
