How to understand people / the masses as an INTJ?

I have extremely high standards for myself, my work and my life. This even applies to small things, such as the quality of my ink for my fountain pen. Or the print quality of my books. I'm self-employed and I give 120% for my customers. Precisely because I have this high demand for quality.

But I'm realising more and more that this applies to very few people. The masses celebrate the most banal pop music and are lulled to sleep by pretty girls on stage. Bands like Blackpink, BTS; musicians like Taylor Swift, Sza; or guys like Jeremy Fragrance—it's all bullshit in my eyes.

In business, it's coaches who all look the same, act the same, use the same words, do the same thing and don't place much value on their clients' results. And they succeed.

It seems the more banal, the more primitive, the more successful these people are. Because that seems to be exactly what the masses want. Nobody seems to be interested in quality. Shops like Temu or Shein confirm this.

And this drives me crazy. Simply because I don't understand how people can be so primitive. The question is: how can you lower your own standards and understand the primitive nature of the masses?

My thinking has been too complicated so far. Or I am more dumb than the masses. Anyway, there must be a way to understand people / the masses.

Any ideas?
