Tinder will not allow me to turn off badge notifications, and doesn’t even show up within the app list in my phone’s notifications settings

I have turned off every notification type within the app; the second photo is just within the app list on the iPhone settings home page. Once I actually search for it within the ‘notifications’ subsection it disappears. I’ve tried lots and haven’t been able to find this problem before.
