iPhone 15 Model issue

So I bought an iPhone 15 from UAE since my friends was there and it’s a bit cheaper than it is here. When I started using it I found that it doesn’t read Esims and FaceTime audio isn’t an option, and on FaceTime video I can’t turn my camera on or off since the camera button is dimmed out. I did some research and found out that this is happening because I have a UAE model iPhone which has FT audio blocked on it since it’s restricted in the country and Esims aren’t a thing there yet apparently. Is there a way to fix this issue? I’m in Canada so there’s no way for me to send it back to UAE at all.
