Orange dot at top of screen ?

Got a lil question… since I updated to IOS 18, I’ve had this orange dot at the top of my screen saying that my microphone is on, but none of my apps have microphone access. The fact it says “unknown” next to it is worrying me too. Does anyone know what this is?
