Piece Broke

A piece (2nd photo) broke off of the motherboard (top circle of 1st photo) of my iPod video 5.5. How important is it, and is it something I can fix? The only way I could figure out to fix it is by soldiering it back on, but I don’t have the tools or know-how to do that.
